Dr. Tileston obtained her medical degree from the University of Southern California Keck School of Medicine. She completed her residency and fellowship training at Stanford and was faculty at Stanford for over 10 years. She is now joining Shriners Northern California as Chief of Staff in April 2026.
Passionate about caring for children and inspiring the next generation of orthopaedic surgeons, Dr. Tileston has dedicated her career to both her patients and her mentees. Her research and leadership focus on pediatric spinal deformity, surgical safety, and healthcare equity. She has held numerous leadership roles at POSNA, including Advocacy Committee Chair and Safe Surgery Program Committee Chair, and has been a member of the Ruth Jackson Orthopaedic Society since 2018, most recently serving as Program Chair.
