Sports Surgery - Adult

The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Stanford University School of Medicine seeks a board certified/eligible orthopaedic surgeon with fellowship training in sports surgery to join the Department as Assistant Professor or Associate Professor in the Medical Center Line (MCL), or Clinician Educator line (CE). The major criterion for appointment for faculty in the MCL shall be excellence in the overall mix of clinical care, clinical teaching, scholarly activity that advances clinical medicine, and institutional service appropriate to the programmatic need the individual is expected to fulfill. The major criterion for appointment in the CE line is excellence in the overall mix of clinical care and clinical teaching appropriate to the programmatic need the individual is expected to fulfill.

 

Faculty rank will be determined by the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate. The successful applicant should be eligible for a California Medical License.
