Orthopaedic Surgeon

The Department of Orthopaedic Surgery at Stanford University is seeking board certified orthopaedic surgeons with fellowship training in the following specialties to join the Department as Assistant or Associate Professor in the Medical Center Line (MCL) or Clinician Educator (CE) Line:

 

Hand

Shoulder & Elbow

Foot & Ankle

 

The major criteria for appointment for faculty in the Medical Center Line shall be excellence in the overall mix of clinical care, clinical teaching, scholarly activity that advances clinical medicine, and institutional service appropriate to the programmatic need the individual is expected to fulfill. The major criterion for appointment in the Clinician Educator Line is excellence in the overall mix of clinical care and clinical teaching appropriate to the programmatic need the individual is expected to fulfill.

 

Faculty rank will be determined by the qualifications and experience of the successful candidate.

The successful applicants should be eligible for a California Medical License.
